Most of the funs of America's cup are disappointed with new boats chosen for this great competition.
However some are for this multihulls because they are spectacular.

Let's vote for one or the other.

My vote is obviously for monohulls.

Hi Vanna,

Lets not be too one hulled about this. Two hulls can play this game. I think the AC72s are a remarkable single purpose machine for spectacular sailing, over 47 knots!!!!! and the hand me down knowledge and technology will be priceless.javascript:emoticon('Very Happy')

As a craft to compete internationally, not so much. Too expensive, dangerous and time consuming for several hundreds of crew people for a very small number of entrants.javascript:emoticon('Confused')

I think the AC45s foiling, should be used for the entire competition. They can give all the promoters and fans the razamataz and excitement, with lots of international competitors. Just what Americas cup is all about.javascript:emoticon('Very Happy')

Think they should find a new name too.javascript:emoticon('Wink')
