The clubs are groups of players with their own identity and their own objectives. The Clubs offer players additional tools such as monitoring the performance of players within the club. Each club has a manager who can recruit other players in the club.
Players can be a member of one club at a time. The manager of the club may invite any player in the club. Each invitation is valid for 7 days. You can see the invitations you received in the Sub-menu Clubs in the menu GAME. Each invitation shows the Club in question, the date of issuance and the expiration date. You can accept till the expiration date or reject the invitation. In case you reject and after the invitation expires, you cannot become a member; unless the club manager sends a new invitation. If you accept, you become a member of the club and your name will appear in the membership lists of the club. The club logo will also appear on your Boat window. Once a member, you can leave at any time using the button Exit in Sub-menu Clubs .
When a club member enters a Race, the Boat is attached to the club. This link between the Boat and the club can not be changed for that Race even if the player leaves the club after the start, or during the race. The boat is now part of the club. If you would quit a Club and join another Club, then your Boat will sail with the original Club for the actual Race, but she will follow you in your New Club in the next Race your register for.
A Club member, who joins a Club for the first time, will be ranked with his 1st Club, direct in the actual Race already.
So check that you are in the right club before you register in a race.
The performance of the Boats of Club-members can be followed in the rankings dedicated to the club, accessible from this Club sub menu. These rankings are accessible by following the sub-menu Rankings on the page of the club and selecting the desired Race or Challenge.
